Alberto Rizzoli Seminar

Abstract: V7's CEO Alberto Rizzoli will present how they worked with over 100 AI teams to automate the creation of vision AI systems in real-world applications. Most of the world's growth and sustainability depends on tasks involving visual understanding, from the detection of disease, to preserving natural habitats, to the manufacturing revolutions that pull communities out of poverty. V7's goal is to create a platform to solve any visual task. To achieve this, we must learn to supervise any form of visual data, and periodically automate that process through active learning. This seminar will touch on multiple industry use cases of deep learning, automating image and video annotation, and the domain gap between academic challenges and real-world implementation of neural networks.
